WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
CAMP U-TURN 2025 - MONDAY, JULY 21 - FRIDAY, JULY 25TH / 9:00AM - 3:30PM - AGES 6 TO 11 / 99 THOMAS AVE, WALLACEBURG
Camp U-Turn is U-Turn Ministries' summer camp program for kids age 6 to 11! Since 2005 literally thousands of kids have attended. As a ministry committed entirely to students, U-Turn works tirelessly to connect young hearts to timeless principles of faith that apply to thier everyday lives.
What Your Camp Registration Includes:
* All lunches, snacks and beverages are provided throughout the duration of Camp U-Turn. There is no need to send your kids with any food items (the lunch menu for the week will be published and provided a month prior to your schedules camp session).
* Each child registered will receive a free Camp U-Turn T-Shirt
*All activities and outings as scheduled
* Cost and Family Rate: 1 Child: $45.00 2 Children: $80.00 3 Children: $105.00 Day Rate: $15.00
**U-Turn Ministries reserves the right to limit event attendance. After event capacity has been reached a waiting list will be initiated. To secure your waiting list spot please submit a completed registration form.

HOW TO REGISTER
Option One
Download the pdf registration form below. Print, fill out all fields, scan or take a picture and email to: uturnministries2002@gmail.com. E--transfer applicable registration fee to: uturnministries2002@gmail.com. For online registration: Your registration will be confirmed via email, after U-Turn has received your form and registration fee.
Option Two
Call First Baptist Church at 519.627.6414 or Knox Church, to register over the phone. E-transfer registration fee to: uturnministries2002@gmail.com
Option 3
Drop in to First Baptist Church or Knox Church to fill out your registration form and to drop of your registration fee.
**** Your registration will be secured when U-Turn has revieved your completed form and registration.
